We travelled to Mallorca by EasyJet, the tickets were very cheap £88 return. This price only includes the flight drinks and food are extra. Easyjet flies from Luton aiport check out there web page or phone them for more details.
We stayed in a little casita on the outskirts of Soller. Soller is centrally located among the mountains in the north of Mallorca. The accommodation was very nice although it was chilly (Mallorca was having its coldest weather for 96 years).
To get around your'e going to need a hire car. We had a Corsa into which we managed to squeeze 4 people and their luggage . We had a roof rack as well but it was no use as our luggaage fell between the roof bars. Luckily Mallorca is not a very large island and connections from the Airport are excellent so we didnt have to spend too long squashed in the car. The car was very economic and nice and small for negotiaing the twisty mountain roads.
