Malloca Cornadors

The last day of our holiday and the grand finale is a storming ridge walk all the way from the Cuber Reservoir to the summit trig on Alfabia and back. This walk I made up myself by combining different walks from June Parker's guide together. The alternative route from the Barranc looks like a very interesting route too. Ideally if you could get the bus, taxi or a lift to the reservoir than you could walk back to Soller down the Barranc. The Alfabia ridge doesn't look that long on the map but its very rocky and the traverse of it is very tiring particularly when its windy and you've been walking for the past 3 days. The path along the ridge runs very close to the cliff and there are great views of Soller from it. The radio masts at the far end of the ridge are a bit of place though, spoiling the horizon.
